Average review rating Local Engineers For Leith And EH6
We work across Leith regularly — it is a straight run from our base in Portobello. Boiler replacements, servicing, landlord gas safety certificates, fuse board upgrades and full rewires are all everyday work for us here.
Everything is handled in-house by our own engineers. We are Gas Safe registered under number 945297 and NICEIC approved, so gas and electrical work can be done on the same visit and certified properly rather than passed to a subcontractor.

Do you cover Leith?
Yes. We are based at 13a Bridge Street in Portobello and cover Leith and the rest of Edinburgh as part of our normal working area. Give us your postcode when you enquire and we will confirm before booking anything in.
Do you offer free quotes in Leith?
Yes. Every quotation is free, given in writing, and follows a survey where the job needs one. There is no obligation to go ahead.
What can you actually do — is it just heating?
Plumbing, heating, renewables and electrical work are all handled in-house. Boilers, air source heat pumps, solar and battery storage, underfloor heating, EV chargers, rewires, fuse boards, servicing and landlord gas safety certificates. One team, one point of contact.
Can you help with the Home Energy Scotland grant?
Yes. As MCS-accredited installers we can guide you through the grant of up to £7,500 and the interest-free loan of up to £7,500 towards an air source heat pump, and we handle the paperwork at no extra cost.
Do you service systems someone else installed?
